OfficeSquirrel.com is the premier office/retail listing and searching website online.
From its inception we wanted to keep it as simple as possible. Here's how OfficeSquirrel works:
Listings are divided into cities.
Select the city you want to find office space in using the drop down in the top left corner.
You can switch between cities anytime you wish using the same dropdown.
Searching is completely FREE.
In order to search listings you must first select a city.
We provide several options and methods for searching. Sign up for a free account in order to gain access to extended features.
Posting for FREE. We offer a limited number of free listings per city. This is how it works:
A predetermined number of free listings are allocated to each city. A bunch of factors go into that number but essentially the bigger the city the more free listings. Anyone can use as many of the free postings as they want. The number of free listings available depend on the total number in the system for that city. Once the number in that city decreases below the limit due to expirations or leased/sold properties, postings are free again! If you want to post while there are more postings than the limit, you can do so for $2.99 per 90 day listing. OfficeSquirrel takes great care in screening postings. Thus every posting must go through a screening/approval process. First, sign up for a free advertiser account. Then follow the on screen instructions to submit your listing. Within a few hours we will approve your listing and it will be live! If any changes are necessary we will let you know. Subscriptions are not necessary to post your listings. It makes using OfficeSquirrel much more convenient and gives you access to several powerful features, such as:
